Pre-Season Training
(August - October)
Grindhouse Wrestling Club will be hosting an 8 week training camp in preparation for the SUPER 32 and In-Season competition this winter. It is open to elementary-high school experienced wrestlers. This training camp will focus on getting the wrestlers ready to compete at a high level by the end of October.

In-Season Youth Team
(November - March)
Grindhouse In-Season Training program is designed for experienced middle school & youth wrestlers (8-15 years old) who seek training at a high level in a fun/focused environment. This class is open to wrestlers that have at least 2-3 seasons of wrestling under their belt and are serious about wrestling. Along with current techniques and training methods, these sessions will offer mastery of basic fundamentals that have proven success at all levels. We will travel to scheduled tournaments around the Southeast throughout the season in order to prepare of the end of the season, TN & GA Youth State Championships. We will put out Tournament Schedule the staff will attend in November. Wrestlers aren't required to compete or go to any specific tournaments but we will have a schedule of events for those that do. We will do our best to provide competition information to our members so you can best decide what fits your wrestler. T-Shirt and Singlet Included once payment is made. You will receive an email with additional Club information once you register.

Chattanooga, TN and Rocky Face, GA
This wrestling program is designed for youth wrestlers (6-12 years old), new to the sport, who seek training in a fun/focused environment. The purpose of this program is to introduce the basic fundamentals of wrestling to our athletes. These classes will be centered on learning basic technique, basic terminology, body positions, and repetition and having fun. We want to create a fun environment with wrestling related skills and technique with the future goal of moving onto the regular class.
(November - January)

These workouts will focus on proper technique, proper drilling, transitions, and chain wrestling. Freestyle will help your In-Season folkstyle wrestling!! Wrestling is Wrestling. We'll do some Folkstyle through April for the guys competing in postseason National Tournaments. We will travel to 2-3 select tournaments in GA and TN leading up to the SE Regional Tournament. We are a USA Affiliate Club so you will need a membership through them to participate. You are not required to compete in tournaments to attend the spring season workouts.
(March - May)
These workouts will focus on proper technique, proper drilling, transitions, and chain wrestling. Freestyle will help your In-Season folkstyle wrestling!! Wrestling is Wrestling. Proper technique, repetition, and circuit training will be the focus in order to get the wrestlers ready to compete at a high level by the fall. Primary Offense, Secondary Offense, Counter Offense, Chain Wrestling, Common Scrambles, Defense, Top & Bottom will be the focus of the technique being taught.
This training session is for wrestlers with some experience (Youth-High School).
(June - July)

Students who commit to this comprehensive program will progress to a higher mastery of the sport through our systematic approach of developing wrestlers. Signing up for a year membership gives your student unlimited access to Grindhouse workouts throughout the school year (excluding summer camps). Expires 1 year from D.O.P.
